Birthday rooms

A birthday price includes a birthday room price (depending on a size and day / time of the planned birthday party); a number of children (if it increases the agreed one, an additional fee applies); ordered treats, refreshments and additional services); a downpayment. All prices are given in the ADVENTICA pricelist. In case you want to celebrate longer, we can offer you a discount for an additional time slot.

The hero of the day got sick unexpectedly? No worries, contact us and get assistance in changing the date. Please understand that last minute changes cannot be refunded.

Birthday parties can be arranged on available time slots. The availability depends on the type of the room and the date of the party. Please find a suitable room and check the prices in the party room booking system. 

Your birthday party can continue for 2.5 hours, including the time for cleaning the room. To prepare for the birthday celebration, you may enter the birthday room 15 minutes before the party starts. Please note that if the celebration begins at 10:00 AM, earlier access for decorating is not possible due to our opening hours. After the party, the room should be left clean and tidy.

We offer 3 sizes of the rooms: small (for 10 children), medium (for 15 children), large (for 25 children). More about the ADVENTICA birthday rooms.

You can register and pay for a birthday party on the ADVENTICA website or you can call us or make reservation at the ADVENTICA reception.

It is suggested to arrive a bit in advance, around 15 min before the party starts. At our reception, we will check your order, make any adjustments if required (e.g. fewer or more guests, treats and refreshments need to be ordered etc.), provide you with bracelets and show to your birthday room. 

The room must be left clean and tidy after the party. We will provide garbage bags.

If you would like to enjoy your celebration without worrying about cleanup, you can book our Additional Service Upgrade for €29, which includes room cleanup after the party as well as support during the celebration, including delivery of ordered food and drinks directly to the room.

For safety reasons, fireworks, open flames and other flammable materials are strictly prohibited inside the park. Unfortunately, this also includes birthday candles on cakes.

Includes:

• Cleanup of the birthday party room after the event.
• Birthday party support service (ordered food and drinks are delivered directly to the room, along with basic assistance during the party).

Important:
If this service is not booked, guests are responsible for cleaning the room after the party and collecting ordered food and drinks from the bistro themselves.

The security deposit is refunded at the registration desk to the person who booked the room after the party. Refunding condition: a timely vacated and cleaned room. The security deposit is refunded in cash despite the original party payment method. 

Two accompanying adults are admitted free of charge. Each additional accompanying adult pays an entrance fee of €6.

Unfortunately, we are unable to provide additional tables or chairs for accompanying adults.

A birthday party without a cake and sweets? Please choose food for your party in ADVENTICA park's restaurant. 

Outside food and beverages are not permitted inside the park. We allow only fruit, vegetables and birthday cake. 

A table and chairs. We recommend arranging the party menu in advance by choosing the Premium Package, which includes a drink, warm snacks for children, socks, and our team will take care of everything in the room before the celebration. If you choose only the Basic Package, which does not include drinks and food, we suggest agreeing in advance on the preferred dishes from our restaurant. If required, we will lend you a knife to cut the cake.

The number of children in the reservation can be increased or reduced up to 24 hours before the party.

If the number of children is reduced before this deadline, the overpaid amount will be:

• refunded via bank transfer, or
• converted into an ADVENTICA gift voucher of equal value.

Within 24 hours of the party, the confirmed number of guests is considered final. No refunds will be issued for guests who do not attend.

If the birthday child becomes unexpectedly ill, the birthday party may be rescheduled to another available date. Cancellation of the reservation and refund of the amount already paid are not possible.

Birthday heroes can prepared invitations and messages of thanks using our ADVENTICA templates. Moreover, nice presents for your guests can be found in the park – just tell us. 

It is forbidden to wear shoes or play barefoot in ADVENTICA. We suggest wearing socks with a rubber sole socks. Proper socks are available in the park as well. Additionally, we suggest taking care of comfortable outfit: a perfect choice would be sportswear for free movement. And in the trampoline area, it is necessary to cover as much of the body as possible – to wear a long sleeved T-shirt and long trousers.
